Our Story: From Carpenter to New Home BuilderGreg-resize

Greg Loos, owner of Loos Custom Homes, doesn’t do things like other southeastern Wisconsin new home builders, and that is intentional. While working as a carpenter, Greg saw firsthand how certain construction methods led to exceptional homes, while others were simply shortcuts to get the job done faster or for less money. Having the opportunity to observe different styles in action, Greg became passionate about quality.

He is also passionate about family, and because of that, he understands that a house is more than a construction project: It’s a special place where families reconnect and create lifetime memories. With that vision as his inspiration, Greg started his home-building company in 1997. He quickly earned a reputation for being an exceptional home builder in southern Wisconsin.
