We begin with two things: one of our standard home packages and your budget. Then we talk about your desired upgrades. Now, your expectations are set and realistic concerning what works with your budget and your family. Next comes our favorite part – smiles.

Yes, we’re flexible! We’ve been building homes for many years, so it doesn’t matter to us whether you have your very own piece of the world that we’ll be building on or if you’d like to purchase one of the lots in our varierty of communities. What matters is that it’s the right location for your family.

We’ve customized the bidding process to take the guess work out of how much it will cost to build your house. You see, we don’t like surprises – and we imagine that you don’t either! Easy, Upfront Pricing
So, you walked through a model home and loved it. Surprise! Many of the spectacular features you want, like the smooth granite countertops and oversized tile shower, are not included in a typical homebuilder’s base price. By the time you build with those same amenities, the price tag can be shocking. We don’t think that’s a good way to build a relationship with you, so we approach home building differently!
You can make an appointment to walk through a Loos Custom Home, or review our base floor plans and elevations. If you want to make upgrades, add square footage, or change the floor plan… no problem. We’ll ask you to create your wish list, and then we’ll prepare an item-by-item cost proposal for any additions and upgrades. You can pick and choose the amenities that will make your home feel personal and special, while also understanding how it affects your new construction budget.
